The Platform

One Core Technology.
Limitless Applications.

The OxyLuma™ Universal Device is a fully integrated, portable diagnostic and therapeutic platform that brings laboratory-grade analysis to the point of care — in under 60 minutes, from sample to answer.

At its core, OxyLuma combines BDDE Ozone Technology with Multi-Spectral Imaging and AI-Powered Analysis to detect live pathogens across a wide spectrum of tropical diseases simultaneously. Unlike conventional diagnostics that identify dead biological markers, OxyLuma detects live, active pathogens — delivering clinically actionable data on infection load, drug resistance, treatment viability, and species identification in a single pass.

The platform processes blood, sputum, urine, stool, tissue aspirate, and CSF samples through a standardised four-step workflow: sample collection, fluidic processing, multi-spectral imaging and detection, and AI analysis with reporting. The result is a portable, robust, easy-to-use device that replaces an entire diagnostic laboratory.

BDDE Ozone Technology

A proprietary ozone generation and delivery system that enables both diagnostic enhancement and therapeutic ozone application within a single device architecture.

Multi-Spectral Imaging

Simultaneous imaging across multiple light spectra enables live pathogen visualisation, species differentiation, drug resistance identification, and viability scoring in a single imaging pass.

AI Analysis & Reporting

An embedded AI engine processes imaging data in real time, delivering quantified infection load, actionable treatment recommendations, and structured clinical reports — without laboratory infrastructure.

Platform Advantages

What Makes OxyLuma Different

🧬
Detects Live Pathogens

Not just dead biological markers. Live pathogen detection delivers clinically meaningful data on active infection.

📊
Quantifies Infection Load

Precise measurement of pathogen burden guides treatment intensity decisions and monitors therapeutic response over time.

🔬
Identifies Species & Strains

Species-level and strain-level identification enables targeted treatment selection and epidemiological tracking across populations.

💉
Detects Drug Resistance

Drug resistance markers identified at point of care, enabling immediate protocol adjustment and preventing treatment failure.

Results in <60 Minutes

From sample to actionable clinical answer in under 60 minutes — no laboratory, no specialist, no delay in treatment initiation.

📱
Portable & Field-Ready

Designed for deployment in remote clinics, field hospitals, border crossings, and community health centres with no laboratory infrastructure required.

Strategic Deployment

Ghana — The Hub for
Africa-Wide Impact

Ghana has been selected as the strategic centre for the OxyLuma Africa-wide deployment. A stable democracy with strong healthcare infrastructure, Ghana sits at the centre of West Africa with direct access to the continent’s most disease-burdened populations, major regional trade corridors, and an established base of research universities and biotech talent.

The Africa Wide Diagnostic & Treatment Development Center will be established in Ghana as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and continental impact — combining research and innovation labs, clinical validation and trials capability, AI and data analytics, training and capacity building, manufacturing, and a pan-African distribution network.

Stable democracy and supportive government environment
Centre of West Africa — ideal connectivity for pan-African reach
Access to top universities and research talent
Gateway for pan-African partnerships and distribution
Cost-effective operations and manufacturing base
Research & Innovation Labs

Dedicated facilities for ongoing platform development, new disease application research, and ozone therapy protocol design.

Clinical Validation & Trials

In-country clinical trial capability for WHO regulatory pathway, partnering with universities, governments, NGOs, and global health organisations.

Manufacturing & Pan-African Distribution

Local manufacturing for cost competitiveness and a distribution network reaching across the continent through established health system and NGO channels.

The Impact

Transforming Healthcare
for Millions

Faster, Accurate Diagnosis

Real-time diagnosis at the point of care eliminates the delays that allow tropical diseases to progress to life-threatening severity.

Reduces Disease Burden

Earlier diagnosis and targeted treatment reduce mortality, lower transmission rates, and reduce the chronic disease burden on health systems.

💰
Lowers Healthcare Costs

Point-of-care diagnosis eliminates costly laboratory referral chains, reduces failed treatment costs from drug-resistant cases, and prevents hospitalisation.

🏗
Strengthens Health Systems

Distributed diagnostic capacity across Africa strengthens national health systems and builds lasting clinical and analytical infrastructure.

💼
Creates Jobs & Economic Growth

Manufacturing, distribution, clinical operations, and training create skilled employment and supply chain development across the continent.

🌍
Builds a Healthier Africa

A healthier workforce, reduced disease burden, and stronger health systems create the foundation for sustained economic productivity and development.
